The easy way to produce aromatic distillates with your Thermomix® TM6. The Plug & Play functionality allows the DIFUMA still to be connected to the Thermomix® in just a few steps and - with the usual intuitive operation of the Thermomix® - to distil hydrosols, essential oils and aromas from natural products without prior knowledge. High-quality stainless steel and precise material processing with final assembly in Germany make the still a long-lasting companion for your thermal food processor and form the basis for the distillation of beverages, fragrances and oils. Thanks to the blade movement of the Thermomix®, burning of the distillate batch is prevented and an even temperature distribution is guaranteed. The dimension of the tube of the still ensures a wide rise of the vapor and, as a result, a complete transport of the contained flavors to the cooling segment. There the distillate is condensed and transferred to a collecting vessel. The generously defined volume of the Thermomix pot is advantageous for the distillation. As a result, a high yield can be achieved with a single distillation. - A really nice feeling to fill one or the other bottle with homemade distillate from natural products in this way.
